.Do I take bath with warm water or cold water? This question remains in peoples mind.

                   Now let’s talk about bathing this is very important question people ask again whether they should take bath with hot water or cold water? Suffering from hypertension, cardiac problem should totally avoid hot water bath. 



                               Always better to take bath at your body temperature. When you pour water on your body you should not feel hot or cold. Because water is at your body temperature. So always use such water for bath . Water at body temperature has many health benefits. It boosts your immunity .it removes fatigue. it helps muscles to recover after workout.and it keeps you fresh throughout the day .So when it comes to bathing I would straight away recommend body temperate water .Remember one thing we are not taking bath to feel comfortable ,love to be charged ,and love to pour Water on body .

                               Don’t get it to that level.We are taking bath very sincerely to see that every pore of our Skin is cleaned thoroughly well bathing everyday .and most important is we are taking bath to remove The toxins from the system and when we take bath we should remove the toxins from our mind also .Water helps washing away the unwanted things .so take bath in systematic way ,in proper disciplined Way . Ayurveda recommends that taking bath in rain waters is very beneficial . but understand this Point very well when the rain starts, when the season starts ,first few showers of the rain are full of Poisons ,full of toxin, full of acid ,so never take that water on your body . but once the rainy season Is well-set then definitely have bath in rain . 

                             Enjoy that bath in natural surroundings,play with little water here and there . If you can’t go out in rains then store that
