Should I exercise more or eat less to lose weight?

                              So you want to lose weight what's thefirst thing you do cut calories bad move cutting your calories actually drops your metabolic rate what does that mean means you burn fewer calories your body is built for survival it doesn't care what you want to look like there's some really great research showing that if you have too great a caloric deficit meaning you burn more calories than you consume and that's over say 400 ish calories over a long haul you increase your body fat your body is bred to survive best way to make sure that you drop body fat is to maybe have a small decrease in caloric consumption meaning you might change what you take in a little bit but exercising a little bit more and no that doesn't mean going crazy with that either yeah we need to pay attention to what we're eating.  
 



                                  we need to make sure we exercise more but you also need to get enough sleep some really great information showing that how we sleep how well we sleep when we sleep really affects how many calories we burn into 24-hour period so if you want to get all those things right make sure that you're consuming small meals throughout the day every three hours make sure that you've got protein in those meals and make sure that you're consuming your largest meal in the morning and not in the evening all of these things combined together to help you burn more calories in a 24-hour period without having to do more work
